Three sessions of colon hydrotherapy are recommended to insure you receive the full benefits and knowledge of the procedure.

They are:
1. Cleans colon
2. Exercises colon
3. Reshapes colon
4. Stimulates reflex points
5. Hydrates body

My instrument is F.D.A. approved clinical model PPC 101 with rust /
sediment, carbon and ultra violet water filter manufactured by Clearwater
Colon Hydrotherapy. F.D.A. approved Wavicide is used for instrument
sterilization and all disposable materials are used.

Two hours prior to the colonic, it is recommended that you do not eat or
drink. Minimizing meat, bread, dairy, refined sugar, and alcohol as well as
eating less, prepares the colon for an optimal session.
